Lesson Planning

Learn about Rama and Sita by singing `There was a Princess Long Ago´ and act out the story. Make Rangoli patterns with coloured salt and create beautiful Diva lights.

Children will:

  • Retell the story of Rama and Sita & participate in role play.
  • Consolidate their learning about Diwali by taking part in child-initiated activities
  • Acknowledge and respect the traditions of Diwali.
