If you cannot remember your password, then you can change it by entering your email on the password reset page.
If you want to access an additional key stage, you can visit the Become a Friend page and select the key stage you wish to add. Make your donation for this additional key stage and you will be given 12 months access from the date of donation.
You must be the subscription administrator to add users.
Subscription administrators can only be changed by Hamilton Trust. If you would like to change the administrator, please use the form at the bottom of this page to contact us. You will need to provide the name and email address of the old administrator and the new administrator. We will also need to know the name and postcode of your school.
Log in to your account and go to your name at the top right of the screen. Select 'My Orders' and 'Download receipt/invoice'.
