Generic maths resources

Suzie Hunt By Suzie Hunt

We've given Friends of Hamilton and School Subscribers access to a library of 80+ maths resources.

Use our number lines, fraction walls, and place value charts to help practice number and place value, addition and subtraction, multiplication and division, geometry, statistics, measurement, and fractions.

Available resources comprise two types of material:

  • Access to Interactive Teaching Programs for whiteboards (free to all web site users)
  • PDFs to download (available to Friends of Hamilton and School Subscribers)

Resources include beaded bars, landmarked number lines, fraction walls, place value charts and grids and more. Use the PDFs on a display to help you model key concepts and strategies, or print them and use them as practice sheets for the children.

To access to these maths resources sign up to become a Friend or subscribe your school.

Interactive Teaching Programs (ITP)

ITPs use Flash to provide dynamic visual materials to support teaching specific concepts and skills in primary maths. They give you functionality to demonstrate angles, coordinates, fractions, counting on and back, grouping, place value, division and much more. A handy ITP Guide tells you how to use them effectively. Find the ITPs you need on HamiltonPlayer.
