  2. Reread Do you like? encouraging children to join in with reading.
  3. Introduce It’s Okay to be Different. Read the 1st half of the book, up to ‘It’s okay to say no to bad things’. While reading, pause to discuss specific children’s experiences.
  4. Look at the 2nd half of It’s Okay to be Different. Use the last page to prompt discussion.

Poetry/Rhyme of the Week: Can you walk on tiptoe? / I really want to be a cat
Introduce on Monday (send copies home). Rehearse; develop performance; add actions!

Group Reader: Do you like?
Children are encouraged to talk about their likes and dislikes, alongside some amusing alternatives...
