How to become a Friend of Hamilton
Hamilton Trust is a small educational charity. Over many years, we have developed thousands of resources to support quality teaching and learning and save teachers time. By becoming a friend your donation of £28 will grant you access to one year's access to the key stage of your choice (KS1, LKS2 or UKS2). To donate and register your details, simply visit the become a friend page by clicking here. You can then select the Key Stage you wish to register for and process your donation by submitting your details via the online form.
How to sign up as a school and administer your school account
For schools, we offer access to all our content for just £120 a year (excluding VAT). Visit the School Subscriptions page to sign up. You will need to choose a subscription administrator and then register your school details. You can pay via credit card or invoice. Once this is complete you will be able to add other teachers from your school to your school account.
Adding colleagues to your school subscription - The subscription administrator should log in and click on 'My Account'. Next, click on the school name (in blue text) and then invite new users to the subscription. Each colleague that you add will then have their own log in details. You can add up to 30 colleagues.
- Changing the administrator of your school subscription - Subscription administrators can only be changed by Hamilton Trust. If you would like to change the administrator, please use the form at the bottom of this page to contact us. Please provide the name and email address of the old administrator and the new administrator. We will also need to know the name and postcode of your school.
- Renewing your school subscription (and generating invoices) - Renewals of school subscriptions can only be completed by the subscription administrator. They will need to log in to the site, click on 'My Account' and then on 'Renew now'. School subscriptions can be paid for by card or by invoice. During the renewal process you will be asked which method you prefer. If you select to pay by invoice, a copy of this will be emailed to the subscription administrator.
- Further information about school subscriptions is available in the Subscription Administrator User Guide.
