Logging in and downloading files fix

Hamilton's recent website hardware upgrade has caused a few of you to experience difficulties downloading files. We are very sorry that this has been the case, but we can now report that the problem is fixed. The fix may require you to log in twice the first time you come to our new website host. But after that... you will be fine to use the site completely as normal.

The new hosting arrangements will increase stability, speed and capacity on our website and make it run much more smoothly behind the scenes. Thank you for your patience while the upgrade settles in.
