English

  • Write sentences by: saying out loud what they are going to write about; composing a sentence orally before writing it; read aloud their writing clearly enough to be heard by their peers and the teacher.
  • Participate in discussions, presentations, performances, role-play, improvisations and debate.

Lesson Planning

Celebrate by looking at some of the work from our focus activities. Allow children the opportunity to share their work and discuss elements that they are proud of. Think about favourite moments and work and talk about information learnt during the topic.

  • Consolidate their learning about Earth Day.
  • Write an Earth Day promise
