- Begin to use vocabulary of comparison: greater than/less than.
- Say the days of the week in correct sequential order.

- Recognise and use language relating to dates, including days of the week, weeks, months, years.
- Interpret and construct simple pictograms, tally charts, block diagrams and simple tables.
- Ask and answer simple questions by counting the number of objects in each category: sorting the categories by quantity.
- Ask and answer questions about totalling and comparing categorical data.

- 10cm square plain paper for drawing of mode of travel
- 5mins timer
- A1 paper pictograph prepared with 10cm grid
- Blu-tack
