  • Learn about the Roman Empire and its impact on Britain (architecture).

  • Set up simple, practical enquiries, comparative and fair tests.
  • Use results to draw simple conclusions, make predictions for new values, suggest improvements and raise further questions.

You Will Need

  • 3 or 4 cylinders
  • A box of 3-D shapes
  • Plenty of A4 paper
  • Glue sticks
  • Flip chart
  • Calculators
  • A large number of each of the following metric weights; 100g, 200g, 500g and 1kg
