History

Lesson Planning

Investigate the design of racquets through the ages and then choose one to recreate, following given instructions

Teaching Outcomes:

  • To research different types of racquets.
  • To research how to make a tennis racquet.

Children will:

  • Explain why the design of an object has changed through time.
  • Use various construction materials to make a replica tennis racquet.
  • Give feedback on each other's designs.
