Objectives

Early learning goals

Use phonic knowledge to write words in ways which match their spoken sounds. Some words are spelt correctly and others are phonetically plausible.
Safely use and explore a variety of materials, tools and techniques, experimenting with colour, design, texture, form and function.
Use what thas been learnt about media and materials in original ways, thinking about uses and purposes.

Think about our physical bodies and create self-portraits ready for the Superheroes Portrait Gallery.
Write simple sentences to create a written description to accompany a self-portrait.
