Lesson Planning

Children can choose to be either ‘Royalty’ or ‘Peasants’ to compare and contrast the food we eat today with the food available in Tudor and Stuart times.

Teaching Outcomes
To compare and contrast the food we eat today with the food available in Tudor/Stuart times.
To know that the modern understanding of food required to maintain good health and its availability, differs from 450 years ago.

Children will:
