Lesson Planning

Day 1
Revise reducing fractions to their simplest form.

Timed: 5mins. [PowerPoint Slide 2]

Each student will need their copy of the Skill Drill Record Sheet [see below, to be printed for any new students/ lost sheets].

Day 2
Practise using a fraction wall to aid sorting fractions according to their size. [PowerPoint Slide 2] Timed: 5mins

Day 3
Practise changing mixed numbers into improper fractions and vice-versa Timed: 5mins [PowerPoint Slide 2]
