How do I download lots of English or Maths plans at once?
To download the plans by making a zip file of lots of English or Maths Plans you need to be a Friend of Hamilton and logged in to the site. Please note you will need Winzip on your computer to be able to unzip them once downloaded.
1. Select the Literacy Units or Maths Teaching Sequences (or Weekly Plans if you are in the Plan Archive section of either English or Maths) you want from the lists given. Clicking on the diamond icon beside each one will open/close the overview of the individual plan to help you make your choice. 2. Click on the tick boxes to select or unselect each file that you require. 3. When you have ticked all the plans you want, click on Download button at the bottom of the page. 4. A dialogue box will then open up asking if you want to 'save' or 'open' the download. It is advisable to tick Save as with Windows XP in particular, the 'open' option does not always work 5. You then need to choose what to name the file and where to save it. Then once downloaded, locate it and unzip it.
