I am finding it quite hard to navigate around your Topics section. I am keen to use these resources though. Can you send them as a hard copy?

We are sorry that you have found it difficult to access the Topics.
Lots of the Topics are now available as Hard Copy Packs and more are added termly. Please visit: www.hamiltoneducation.org.uk/index.html to see the current Topics available. They cost £20 per Topic, buy 5 or more and get one free!

If you are using Topics online (£39.99 + VAT for an annual subscription to all Topics in one age range), we have provided 'help pages' for each stage of the process and do recommend that you refer to these to help you. These can all be found on the Intro page of the Topics section: http://www.hamilton-trust.org.uk/topicsintro.asp?id=4576&topnavselect=1.

Once you have chosen the Topic in the Search page, you will then have a page with all the Sessions for one of the 4 (some Topics do have more or less than 4) Themes for that Topic. By clicking on the plus sign by each one, you can then start adding those sessions to your own Topic Bank. The next page (click Proceed to reach Manage page) then shows you all YOUR sessions and gives you the opportunity to preview them and/or bundle them for downloading. We suggest you 'play' and we hope you will then find that the system really is easy to use.

By clicking on the Session name, details about the Session will appear below. The S button opens the Session and the R button gives you access to the resources for that Session. Other details such as the resources you need to collect, which objectives are covered and which other Sessions are linked to the current Session are also shown.

The Science Strands each consist of only one 'Theme', but otherwise they can be accessed in the same way as the cross-curricular Topics.
