I have tried to use the ‘Download’ link in Topics and I get told the file is corrupt? What can I do?

If you use Internet Explorer with Windows XP, I am afraid that there is a conflict with the Download facility you are trying to use in that if you choose ‘Open’, you will get an error message.
However, if you choose ‘Save’ and save the zip file to an area on your computer and THEN open it, you should get all the plans/resources with no problem at all.

Microsoft are aware of this problem (see: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=308090) so there isn't anything we can do at this juncture apart from advise you to use 'Save' as above. Hopefully Microsoft will resolve the problem in the next upgrade to IE or Windows XP and sorry there isn't more we can do with this.

(This applies to any files you try to download that are zipped up, i.e. the English and Maths plans Download Selected button and any Animated Texts).
