Where can I see an Overview for the English plans?

In each term of each year group there is an Overview document that shows all the New Framework Units for the Year. This helps with long term planning. Each individual Unit also has its own overview document.

The English plans are offered as a 'mix 'n match' system, whereby teachers who have become Friends of Hamilton can choose from a selection of up to 10 New Framework Units and 24 old Weekly Plans (based on NLS) if you look in Plan Archive and so plan their own term.

To download your selected English plans as a zip file (you will need Winzip on your computer to unzip the file) please follow these instructions:
1. Choose the year group and term you want. (Y6, Autumn)
2. Choose (by ticking) the plans you would like to download, simply tick or untick to adapt, then hit Download
3. A dialogue box will then open up asking if you want to 'save' or 'open' the download. It is advisable to tick Save as with Windows XP in particular, the 'open' does not always work
4. You then need to choose what to name the file and where to save it. Then once downloaded, locate it and unzip it.
